PipHarvest provides AI-powered automated trading software only. We do NOT provide investment advice, portfolio management, capital guarantees, or profit assurances.
No Direct Investment / No Solicitation
PipHarvest never approaches or contacts users to request funds, direct investments, deposits, or transfers. Users operate exclusively on their own trading accounts.
Any individual or entity claiming to collect money on behalf of PipHarvest is acting fraudulently.
Bot_Invest Service Disclaimer
The Bot_Invest option is a technical trading assistance feature. PipHarvest does NOT take custody of funds, manage capital, or act as a broker or fund manager.
Any capital allocation is voluntary, remains fully under user control, and is executed at the user’s own risk.
Regulatory & Legal Disclaimer (India)
PipHarvest is a software technology provider. We are NOT registered with SEBI, RBI, or any Indian government financial authority, as we do not provide financial advisory, portfolio management, or fund management services.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Subscriptions activate only after successful license validation.

Regular updates improve performance and security. Temporary downtime may occur during maintenance or upgrades.
